Redescription and phylogenetic assessment of Helicometra antarcticae Holloway & Bier, 1968 (Trematoda, Opecoelidae), with evidence of non-monophyletic status of the genus Helicometra Odhner, 1902

چکیده

Redescription et évaluation phylogénétique d'Helicometra antarcticae Holloway & Bier, 1968 (Trematoda, Opecoelidae), évidence de la non monophylie du genre Helicometra Odhner, 1902. est l'un des rares représentants antarctiques riche en espèces Il traditionnellement attribué au groupe morphologique IV spp., caractérisé par une ventouse buccale forme coupe avec ouverture terminale. antarcticae, comme d'autres genre, assez rare peu étudié. Nous redécrivons cette espèce sur base matériel nouvellement collecté légine antarctique, Dissostichus mawsoni Norman, 1937 (Nototheniidae Günther, 1861) capturée dans mer Ross (Antarctique) évaluons sa position à l'aide d'un fragment gène nucléaire ARNr 28S. précisons les données morhologiques nouvelles H. concernant disposition partie ventrale champs follicules vitellins morphologie proximale l'oviducte. De plus, nous décrivons sp. (groupe IV) poisson zoarcide Lycodes cf. brunneofasciatus Suvorov, 1935, pêché large l'île Simushir (océan Pacifique), fasciata sensu lato I) rascasse noire Scorpaena porcus Linnaeus, 1758, originaire Noire. Dans notre analyse phylogénétique, s'est regroupé Pacifique. Ce clade le frère bien soutenu contenant Helicomerina nimia Linton, 1910 spp. groupes I III, y compris Ainsi, nos phylogénétiques indiquent que n'est pas un monophylétique.
